Easter with Olympic champion Mariama Jamanka
On Easter Sunday, April 21, Olympic bobsleigh champion and Bobsleigh World Cup winner, Mariama Jamanka, will be paying her home city of Berlin a visit and riding the ropeway and nature bobsleigh run.
Who better to have in the second bobsleigh as you race down the Kienberg than an Olympic champion? The world class bobsleigh pilot will be ready to ride on April 21 starting at 12 p.m.: Three Children got the opportunity to win a bobsleigh ride with Berlin’s foremost winter athlete.
The three winners will receive an unforgettable ride on the nature bobsleigh run with the world champion, including a commemorative photo, autograph, and transportation there and back (accompanied by an adult) on the ropeway. A further seven winners will each receive two combo tickets for the ropeway and nature bobsleigh run ride accompanied by an adult, and an autograph from Mariama Jamanka. There will also be some additional small Easter surprises for all prize winners.
Following the bobsleigh rides with Mariama Jamanka on Easter Sunday, the exceptional athlete will be available to sign autographs for all visitors to the Kienberg Plateau between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.
On April 29, 2017, Mariama Jamanka will preside over the official opening of the bobsleigh run as part of the International Garden Exhibition (IGA) Berlin 2017. LEITNER SEILBAHN BERLIN has also been the top athlete’s personal sponsor since the 2017/18 winter season.
